With a combined 40 years of experience as part of Ball Horticultural
Company, Senior Technical and Research Manager WIll Healy and Market
Research Manager Marvin Miller have seen the evolution of the
horticultural industry first hand. In a rapidly changing world, it is
important to remember that what is new today is the future of tomorrow.
What are the best ways to change with the industry in order to stay
competitive? Healy is responsible for Young Plant QC and QA
programs and new product and process development. Miller studies
the structure, conduct and performance of the horticulture industry
